Judith Bisiker

Judith was born in Ontario, grew up in British Columbia and then, upon graduation, moved to England to pursue her passion for horses. Once in the UK, Judith spent more than twenty years fully engaged in the horse world: competing internationally at top-level events; breeding horses, training and teaching. While just out of her teens, Judith competed at the CCI 4* level. At 21, she represented Canada at Badminton, Burghley and Windsor Horse Trials. By the early 80s, Judith was long listed to become a team member of the Canadian Olympic Three Day Event Team. Also in the 80s, Judith rode as a member of the Canadian team that took second place at the Student's Nation Cup, where she also won first place as the top individual rider.
2011, Judith returned to her birthplace of Ontario, where she poured her years of experience and expertise into building Bronte Creek Equestrian Sport Ltd, has become one of finest equestrian event facilities in Southern Ontario. In addition to having created outstanding training and boarding programs, Judith is committed to offering competitive opportunities for a wide array of horse and rider combinations. To that end, July 15th and Sept 23th, 2018 marks the third annual Bronte Creek Horse Trials. As expected, this year's competition has already dramatically increased in scope and sophistication from the extremely successful Horse Trials last year. All spectators and competitors can look forward to fabulous food, quality vendors and great entertainment at every Bronte Creek Activity.
Judith and her dedicated and knowledgeable team are truly excited about the momentum underway at Bronte Creek and about the ever-expanding successes they are helping horse and rider combinations of all ages and abilities to achieve.
Three principles are at the core of Judith's approach:
1) provide outstanding care to the horses at Bronte Creek;
2) safety comes first at all times; and,
3) offer a teaching style that embraces a positive, calm and methodical approach helping each rider to realize their goals and their potential.
