Bronte Creek offers working student positions to motivated individuals wanting to learn the ins and outs of stable management, training, riding and some coaching in a great facility alongside knowledgeable staff to help guide you.

Students will learn new skills by gaining practical hands on experience and will learn all aspects of horse care not to mention  gain valuable work experience making them more employable in the equine industry. Successful candidates will be hard working, willing to learn, organized, able to work both independently and in team environments, goal driven, and passionate about horses. 

 

This position includes but is not limited to: 5 1/2 day work weeks, general barn duties (turn out/in, feed, mucking stalls, water, hay sweeping, tack cleaning), some riding opportunities, lunging, some yard maintenance, grooming (mane pulling, bathing, clipping etc), help organizing for our OHTA events, shared night checks, and option to bring your own horse.
